Free Shipping

Applies to orders $98 or over.

Does not apply to orders if returning non-defective merchandise.

Only valid through out the 48 contiguous U.S. States. Does not include overseas shipments. (We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada)

Otherwise shipping is $9.95 (Orders under $98.00)

Items not in stock will be shipped 1 business day after stocking, If for any Reason an item ordered will not ship as outlined above we will notify you by phone or email so you can decide how to proceed. Please email customer service if you have questions regarding this policy.

Residents of Illinois will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

 

When We Ship

Orders placed by 1 p.m. Central Standard Time will be shipped the same day they are ordered. Orders placed after 1 p.m. will be shipped the following day, although every effort will be made to ship orders the same day they are placed.

Where We Ship

We ship to all locations in the 48 States. At present we cannot ship to PO boxes, Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) boxes. (We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada)

Shipping Method

All items will ship by FedEx or UPS Ground. Tracking information will be provided by email shortly after the item(s) has been shipped.

Returns

HitchMart has made every effort to have a straightforward and fair return policy.

Seven days - Within seven days of receiving your delivery, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item (electrical items excluded) to HitchMart for a full refund minus actual shipping charges.

Thirty days - Within the first thirty days, we will take returns of all unused items, however, you will incur a 25% restocking fee, plus actual shipping charges.

 

What if I refuse a shipment?

Once an Item is shipped we do incur Shipping Fee's. If an item is Refused for any reason (Unless Instructed By Hitchmart) These fee's will be passed on to the customer who Refused the Shipment.

*The exception to the above policy is if any item was received with a manufacturer's defect, HitchMart will handle all shipping charges associated with replacing the defective item.
